Having opened a retail store front in Sydney has given the business an opportunity to take its expertise and provide the best service and solution from the individual “walk- in” customers to the business corporate customers. Pro Sales specialises in Custom Built computer solutions, to branded computers such as IBM, HP/Compaq, Networking and Server Solutions, Printers, Computer parts and Accessories and even Point of Sale Solutions. Deepening customer trust through the quality of our products and services, our responsiveness and accountability, and our predictability in everything we do has been the surviving factor in this fiercely competitive market.


With its continuos strive for quality and excellence; Pro Sales have increased its product lines to almost 20000+ IT products that it offers for sales through its retail operation. These include having authorised reseller ship of quality IT brands such as Microsoft , Samsung, Toshiba, IBM, HP/Compaq, Sony, , LG, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Canon to name a few. Our products include from all range of softwares to Laptops, pre assembled Computer Systems and Servers, to individual parts upgrades, Printers, its consumables and many more.

Pro Sales also provide our client with Custom Built Computer System (PS Systems) which by far has proven its excellence in quality and pricing with not only our individual customers but also business corporate customers as well. With one on one customer service Pro Sales is very effectively able to design, build a computer solution best suited to our client. With this comes the one on one support and training if required.
Our Point Of Sale section has seen the company gaining the authorised reseller ship of UNIWELL cash registers and becoming the prominent resellers for the South Pacific region. The company has expanded greatly in the areas of providing Point Of Sale solutions to small, medium to multi chain retail stores around Sydney and greater western areas. The company has also expanded its Point of Sales solutions to greater South Pacific regions where we already got our solutions up and running in South Pacific, countries like Fiji and venturing to other islands such as Papua New Guinea, Samoa and Cook Islands in the coming year.


At Pro Sales by broadening choices for our customers by identifying new areas of business; incubating new products; integrating new customer scenarios into existing businesses; exploring acquisitions of key talent and experience; dealing with customers one on one; and integrating more deeply with new and existing partners, has seen our client base not only consisting of individual customers but corporate customers, supermarket chain stores as well.


Pro Sales aims to increase its services to larger parts of the NSW area as well as expanding its branches to other states as well. The company with its expansion program hopes to employ more Australian in IT field of hardware and software support with in the next six months. The company for its staffing will also look into providing apprenticeship to the fresh TAFE and University graduate.
